One of the leading names in the international operatic scene, he is regular guest of the most prestigious theaters in the world.

Marco Armiliato conducted Anna Bolena at the Metropolitan Opera for the opening night of the 2011/2012 season. The Italian Maestro recently conducted Tosca, Rigoletto and Turandot at the Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich, Aida and Tosca at the Arena in Verona, Ernani and Aida at the Metropolitan in New York, La Fille du Régiment at the Opéra National in Paris. Future engagements include important productions at the Metropolitan Opera in New York (Francesca da Rimini, Rigoletto, Tosca), Wiener Staatsoper (La Traviata, Andrea Chénier, Tosca, L’Elisir d’Amore, Don Carlo), Chicago Opera Theater (Madama Butterfly), Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona (Lucrezia Borgia), Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London(La Rondine), Zurich Opernhaus (Tosca, La Fanciulla del West, Traviata) , Deutsche Oper in Berlin (Faust), Bayerische Staatsoper in Munich (Rigoletto, La Bohème, Les Pécheurs de perles).

One of the most appreciated Verdian baritones, Stefano Antonucci distinguishes himself thanks to his lovely, elegant tone and his deep portrayal of the characters he sings. He recently performed: La Traviata in Santiago de Chile, Montpellier, Genoa, Bologna, and at the Puccini Festival in Torre del Lago; Rigoletto in Dijon, Zurich and at the Terme di Caracalla in Rome; Adriana Lecouvreur (Michonnet) and La Bohème in Florence. He recorded Mercadante's Virginia for Opera Rara (2008) and Donizetti's Adelia for BMG-Ricordi. Future plans include: Rigoletto at the Teatro Carlo Felice in Genoa and at the Teatro Petruzzelli in Bari.

 

Loriana Castellano

Loriana Castellano - Annina

Winner of the A. Belli Competition 2010 in Spoleto and Toti dal Monte Competition in Treviso in 2012, she studied the Baroque repertoire with Edward Smith and Sara Mingardo at the Cappella della Pietà dai Turchini in Naples. Among her recent performances: Handel’s Alcina (Bradamante) with Le Parlement de Musique de Strasbourg and Martin Gester; Myslivecek’s Medonte with L’Arte del Mondo led and Werner Ehrhardt (recorded for Sony/DHM); Vivaldi’s Juditha Triumphans (Abra) in Braunschweig and Beaune with Modo Antiquo and Federico Maria Sardelli; Stravinsky’s Pulcinella with the Netherlands Radio Chamber Orchestra conducted by Thierry Fischer in Utrecht; Catone in Utica at the Teatro an der Wien again with F.M.Sardelli, and more recently Il Matrimonio Segreto (Fidalma) in Treviso. Future plans include: Il Matrimonio Segreto in Ferrara and Rovigo; La Traviata with the Opéra de Monte Carlo on tour in Antibes; Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater in Bolzano and Trento; a series of baroque concerts with Werner Ehrhardt and L’Arte del Mondo in Leverkusen and Berlin (Berliner Philharmonie).
